What are the differences between a "Neosport Member" and a "not member"?
A "Neosport Member" is a location which has an agreement with Neosport to display its fields (photos, details...etc) and their availabilities which allow you to reserve online (payment, notifications...etc). A "not member" is a location that we found or has been reported to us as a place that contains sport fields; yet, since that location is not a member it does not have Neosport's benefits (online availabities, online reservations...etc) and we only display limited information.

Can you tell me more about Neosport?
Neosport is a web-based platform that makes reserving a sport field simple, intuitive and fast for users and infrastructure managers.

Why should I use Neosport to reserve a sport field instead of booking directly with a sports complex?
Neosport is a web-based platform offering sport fields availabilities in multiple locations. Neosport saves you the hassle of contacting multiple suppliers by e-mail or telephone to check for field availability. For example, if you contact an arena, you'll only see what is available at that location. Neosport will allow you to see the availabilities of all arenas near you, book and pay online, all on a single site. It will simplify your booking process, save time and all in a self-service mode.

What sports infrastructure can I find on Neosport?
All sports can be displayed on the Neosport platform. Neosport is working every day to add locations (sports complexes, schools, arenas, cities, etc.) and to offer the best booking possibilities. Check our site regularly for new arenas and sports complex.

Can I access the Neosport portal via a mobile device?
Of course. Neosport will have an Android and iPhone applications soon. In the meantime, you can access the Neopsort site via your device's web browser at www.neosport.ca.

How do I use the Neosport service?
Once you have logged on to the Neopsort website, you can create an account under the Register tab. You can access the website as a visitor but must be registered to complete a booking or view time availability.

How can I check the available times near me?
Once on the Neosport home page, click on the 'Sport' box, and choose the activity you want, then enter the location you're looking for and the date you want, then click on 'Search'. The portal will provide you with the time slots available near you sorted by distance.

What is Neosport's security and privacy policy?
Protecting the privacy of our users and facility managers is extremely important to us. Your contact information (last name, first name, email and telephone number) will be shared, only when your reservation is confirmed, solely with the facility manager for communication purposes. You will also receive their contact information if you need to contact each other concerning of your reservation. We'll soon be adding multi-factor authentication and an online chat module, so you won't have to share any of this information. Our goal is to ask you as little personal information as possible, just the minimum for Neosport to provide an appropriate level of service.

What is the security policy for payment information on Neosport?
For security reasons, we do not store your payment information. Neosport relies on Paypal, an internationally recognized actor in this field for many years. Consequently, when you pay on Neosport website, your payment details are sent encrypted to Paypal for authorization, only for the duration of the transaction.

I am a facility manager who would like to offer availability on Neosport. How can I do this?

How is the facility Manger informed of my reservation?
A communication procedure is established between Neosport and the sports complex manager, notifying them of bookings in real time. By default, all notifications are sent by email.

Do I need to contact the facility Manager to make sure they have received my order?
No, this is not necessary. You will receive a confirmation number via the portal confirming and guaranteeing your reservation.

Can I cancel my booking? What is the refund policy?
Each establishment has its own cancellation and refund policy, which you can consult when you make your reservation. All requests for refunds must be made in accordance with the procedure you will find on our portal at the time of booking.

What do I do if the establishment requires a waiver or contract to be signed at the time of booking?
During the booking process you will be asked to sign a waiver or agreement if required by the establishment.

Do I need to have a copy of my reservation when I check in?
Ideally, you should have your reservation number when you show up for your activity.

I have made a reservation on Neosport website and won't be able to use it. Can I make my rental available on the Neosport portal for someone else?
Currently, this is not available. Neosport is working on this feature and should be available in 2024.

How can I change my profile and/or password?
Once you have logged in with your username and password, you can modify your profile by clicking on the 'Settings' button.

How do I retrieve my password if I have forgotten it?
Click on 'Login' in the top right-hand corner, then 'Forgot password?' and follow the instructions. If you have a problem or have forgotten your username, please contact us at support@neosport.ca

How do I log out?
You can click on the Logout button in the top right-hand corner of the portal.

How do you manage payment information?
Neosport does not allow you to save payment information. For security reasons, Neosport does not record nor store payment information. However, if you would like to save your payment information, you can create a free Paypal account and add your payment information to it. You can also use alternative methods such as saving your payment details in your browser (Google Pay...etc).

Do I need a Neosport account to book a rental facility?
Yes, you will need an active account (it's free) to view available timeslots and complete a reservation, but you do not need an account to browse our portal and view some generic information.
